Anyone use Mr. Beer? How does it breath?
I don’t see any kind of air lock on the Mr beer Keg, how does it let gas out during the fermentation,
I used to brew beer with an uncle using the full set up, but he lives in another state, so I am just gonna buy minimal equipment for making small batches,
I also plan on making my own wort and buying quality yeast, not using one of the premade kits.
Anyone know how it breathes?
Nevermind found the FAQ on their homepage,
does this type of air lock actually work better than traditional, they claim so, anyone use both methods before?
Thanks Alesmith,
I only considered it because just the keg itself is 10 dollars if you go into replacement parts, they let you order the keg without buying a full kit,
but your right, I should probably just buy the proper equipment, I am a fan of glass over any kind of plastic, be it PET or PVC
